Your email.
Your choice.

This page explains the Phosphor early-access waitlist, operated by Leonard Crockett. The early-access list is currently intended for U.S. residents. Signing up requests Phosphor early-access emails; it does not create a product account.

What is saved

Your email, signup time, consent wording version, and recognized campaign labels from the link you used. The simplified signup form asks only for your email. Optional role, tools, and frustration answers submitted through an earlier version remain associated with those signups.

The owner maintains an email-based tester list with approval and revocation dates. Signing up does not grant app access. If approved, sign in to the Phosphor app with the same ChatGPT account email to open your own private workspace. The app checks approval with this waitlist service on each request. A manually approved tester does not record signup consent.

Your consent

The signup button reads “Email me early-access updates.” Pressing it requests emails from Phosphor about early access, including availability and invitations. The Privacy link is in the lower-right corner of the landing page. New signups store consent wording version 2026-10-20. Earlier records keep the version accepted at signup; version 2026-10-19 used a separate notice about Phosphor updates and early-access emails.

What it is used for

To maintain the early-access list, understand interest, and email you about Phosphor early-access availability and invitations. No confirmation email is sent by this initial signup system. Addresses are unverified.

Visits and security

We keep aggregate page-view, signup-submission, and feedback counts by day and campaign. These are not unique-person counts. Email addresses are not sent to analytics. The server uses temporary hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions; expired rate-limit records are deleted on later signups. Feedback receipts expire after 24 hours. There are no advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.

Storage and access

The waitlist is stored separately from Phosphor app workspaces using ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage. Only the owner can access the subscriber dashboard. Signup information is not sold or publicly displayed.

Change your mind

Email len@lencrockett.com from your signup address to request removal or correction. We keep signup information while evaluating and developing the public product, unless you request deletion. Before sending a mailing campaign, we will provide a way to unsubscribe from future messages.
